TRANSFER OF GOOD PRACTICES AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES OF EMPLOYEES IN WASTE MANAGEMENT AREA SUPPORTED BY IT TOOLS

AIM OF THE PROJECT

The aim of the project is correlated with green economy what responds to global problems of natural environment degradation through the expansive economic human's activity. Waste management economy is a fast growing field in the European Union. It generates new work places demanding new knowledge, competences and skills. Those aspects are to be analyzed in research and implementation cooperation in the project.The main goal of the Project is the transfer of European good practices, development and improvement of the quality of training and employees' professional qualifications in a new occupation: Waste Management Technician/ Organizer in an Enterprise with the use of developed training modules based on professional competences, learning outcomes and ECVET system, all supported by IT tools for competences management. Partnership includes 7 institutions from 4 countries: Poland - Foundation - European Center for Enterprise, The Institute for Sustainable Technologies – National Research Institute, eDialog Sp. z o. o., Związek Pracodawców Warszawy i Mazowsza, Sweden: Gastrike Atervinnare; Germany: Forschungsinstitut Betriebliche Bildung and Portugal: Instituto de Soldadura e Qualidade.

BENEFICIARIES

Objectives and outcomes are addressed to different groups of beneficiaries, particularly to: training centres in waste management area, SMEs` employees responsible for waste management, institutions acting in the area of the development, validation and recognition of professional qualifications and competences, employees of HR departments, career and personal counsellors.

The project objectives and outcomes are:
1. Case study for the results for new occupation such as Enterprise Waste Management Technician/ Organizer in waste management field in enterprise according to accepted in partnership research methodology professional competences and individuals standards’ description
2. Bank of training modulesblended learning considering ECVET system requirements for Enterprise Waste Management Technician/ Organizer
3. Bank of test checking the level of professional competences for the occupation Enterprise Waste Management Technician/ Organizer
4. IT tool for identification lucks of competences, supporting execution of modular training to acquire qualifications and monitor incensement and validation personel certification process
5. New organization structure such as the European network of development of professional competences in the waste management area
6. Release of publication and film about good practice of training in the waste management area.
